NP/PA - Virtual Health Assessment
Oscar Medical Group is seeking a remote Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join their Virtual Health Assessment team. The provider will conduct virtual evaluations, preventative care screenings, and medication reconciliations for health plan members.

About the Role
Oscar Medical Group runs a Virtual Health Assessment (VHA) program that outreaches and virtually engages Oscar Health Insurance members in evaluation and management visits. You will also help support Virtual Primary Care and Virtual Urgent Care teams when needed.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventative care screenings, complete medication reconciliation, diagnose medical conditions, and provide health coaching, referrals, and treatment.
- Outreach chronically ill members and engage those with lower probability of seeing their PCP.
- Cross-train into urgent care and/or virtual primary care service lines.
- Interact with members virtually for assessments, diagnosis, and treatment.
Requirements
- DNP, FNP, ENP, or PA from an accredited program.
- Board Certification (NCCPA, AANP, or ANCC).
- Compact RN license (only applicable to NP).
- 3+ years of experience in outpatient Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Primary Care.
- Licensed in TX and at least one of OH or NJ.
- Fluent in Spanish.
