Job Description
A rapidly growing, mission-driven healthcare technology organization is seeking Nurse Practitioners to support preventive care initiatives nationwide. This contract opportunity focuses on reviewing and validating preventive care recommendations, engaging in asynchronous clinical chats, and conducting occasional telehealth visits as needed.
This role is ideal for clinicians who enjoy flexible, remote work, are comfortable with technology, and are passionate about improving access to evidence-based preventive care.
Job Responsibilities: Review and approve personalized preventive care recommendations and screening plans
Perform asynchronous chart reviews and clinical adjudications efficiently (typically 3–5 minutes per case)
Respond to clinical chats and care requests within a 24-hour turnaround window
Ensure care plans align with evidence-based guidelines and best practices
Provide concise, professional clinical feedback to internal care teams and/or patients
Conduct telehealth visits related to preventive screenings as needed
Collaborate with clinical operations to support high-quality, patient-centered care
Qualifications: Active, unrestricted clinical license
Licensed in multiple of the following states:
CA, FL, SC, NC, TN, UT, KY, MD, MA, MS, MO, IN, PA, TX, VA, WA
Comfortable working remotely and highly tech-savv
Experience using EMRs and digital platforms (current tools include Dr. Kronos, with a potential transition to Athena)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Timely, professional, and detail-oriented
No history of malpractice
Working Hours: Flexible Schedule, requiring 10 hours per week
