Telehealth Nurse Practitioner (Part-time / Flexible)

Role Overview

A rapidly growing, mission-driven healthcare technology organization is seeking Nurse Practitioners to support preventive care initiatives nationwide. This contract opportunity focuses on reviewing and validating preventive care recommendations, engaging in asynchronous clinical chats, and conducting occasional telehealth visits as needed.

Job Responsibilities

• Review and approve personalized preventive care recommendations and screening plans.
• Perform asynchronous chart reviews and clinical adjudications efficiently (typically 3–5 minutes per case).
• Respond to clinical chats and care requests within a 24-hour turnaround window.
• Ensure care plans align with evidence-based guidelines and best practices.
• Provide concise, professional clinical feedback to internal care teams and/or patients.
• Conduct telehealth visits related to preventive screenings as needed.
• Collaborate with clinical operations to support high-quality, patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted clinical license (Licensed in states including CA, FL, SC, NC, TN, UT, KY, MD, MA, MS, MO, IN, PA, TX, VA, WA).
• Comfortable working remotely and highly tech-savvy.
• Experience using EMRs and digital platforms (current tools include Dr. Kronos, with a potential transition to Athena).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Timely, professional, and detail-oriented.
• No history of malpractice.

Working Hours

• Flexible schedule requiring 10 hours per week.
