TENNESSEE REMOTE PSYCHIATRIC-MENTAL HEALTH NURSE PRACTITIONER (PMHNP)

About the Role

Join You Are Accountable as a Remote Psychiatric Mental Health NP – Telehealth.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initiating visits (psychiatric diagnostic evaluations and E/M visits) via telehealth to establish diagnosis, medical necessity, and plans of care.
• Document each visit in the EHR within 48 hours to clean, billable standards.
• Serve as the billing practitioner of record and provide general supervision of certified peer support specialists.
• Furnish follow-up visits for enrolled patients where clinically indicated.

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted APRN/NP licensure in TX, FL, NC, TN, PA, NJ, or NY.
• National board certification as a PMHNP-BC.
• Active NPI and eligibility to enroll with Medicare and Medicaid.
• Comfort with telehealth care for adults with serious behavioral health conditions.
