Telehealth Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant — Weight Management

HolaVida Health is seeking licensed Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants interested in delivering personalized virtual weight management care. We welcome clinicians at different stages of their careers.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients through virtual consultations.
• Develop individualized, evidence-based weight management treatment plans.
• Independently assess medication appropriateness and prescribe within your authorized scope.
• Monitor treatment response, side effects, and patient progress.
• Document care in HolaVida's EMR.
• Coordinate follow-up with our clinical and care navigation teams.

Required Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in the applicable states.
• Current professional certification.
• Current authority to prescribe medications.
• Strong clinical judgment and patient communication skills.
• Comfort using telehealth technology and electronic health records.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in weight management, obesity medicine, or metabolic health.
• Experience prescribing and managing GLP-1 therapies.
• Licensure in multiple states.
