ChenMed is seeking a remote, part-time Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner) for weekend shifts to provide virtual primary care consultations and telehealth services. The role involves assessing, diagnosing, and managing patient care through video and telephone platforms.

Role Overview
The Advanced Practice Provider (APP) I, CareLine provides diagnostic patient care primarily through virtual and remote consultations via video conference or telephone. This role serves as the dispositional authority for after-hours and weekend clinical calls.
Schedule
- Friday meeting: 1530-1630
- Saturdays: 0900-2030
- Sundays: 0900-2030
Essential Job Duties
- Assess acute and non-acute clinical problems via virtual video conference or telephone.
- Perform and document physical evaluations, patient histories, and treatment plans.
- Collaborate with primary care physicians (PCPs) and multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Utilize telemedicine practices and data-driven systems to enhance telehealth effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) and Master's degree in Nursing required.
- Board certification by AANP or ANCC.
- Active multi-state licensure (including FL and at least 3 licenses from VA, GA, MI, MO, OH, PA, TN, TX, IL, KY, LA, KS).
- Minimum of 3 years of acute/primary care clinical work experience.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Current DEA number (or ability to obtain based on state of practice).
