WellNow Urgent Care is seeking a full-time, seasonal Telehealth Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant licensed in New York to provide virtual care from November 1 through March 31.

Role Overview
- Employer: WellNow Urgent Care
- Location: Remote (Licensed in New York)
- Term: Seasonal, full-time (November 1 - March 31, onboarding in October)
- Hourly Rate: $60/hour
Key Responsibilities
- Assess patient needs, triage appropriately, and evaluate patients in a timely manner via telemedicine
- Perform thorough history and physical exams, creating individualized, evidence-based care plans
- Order and prescribe appropriate medications, diagnostic studies, and laboratory tests
- Consult and refer to primary care, specialty physicians, and on-call radiology or physicians
- Maintain accurate patient records, complete charts within 3 days, and ensure follow-up on diagnostic tests
- Comply with CME requirements, peer reviews, and company professionalism standards
Minimum Qualifications
- 1+ years of emergency medicine, urgent care, telemedicine, or family practice experience handling adult and pediatric patients
- Excellent bedside manner, interpersonal skills, and ability to work independently
- Graduate of an accredited PA or NP program
- Must possess a New York state license at the time of employment and be willing to obtain multiple state licenses as directed
