About the Role
This is a message-based, high-volume remote role focusing on asynchronous patient communication and consult completion within a live clinic portal.
Responsibilities
- Respond to patient messages at a pace of approximately 30 messages per hour.
- Review patient consults and determine treatment eligibility based on clinical protocols.
- Monitor and respond to internal Slack communications.
- Prioritize and clear overdue consults or messages.
- Prescribe non-controlled medications when clinically appropriate.
- Review patient intake forms, medical history, and follow-up needs.
- Maintain reliable availability during scheduled shifts.
Requirements
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner with active, unrestricted licensure.
- Family Nurse Practitioner or Adult/Gerontology Nurse Practitioner background.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-message-volume environment.
- Proficiency with Slack and web-based clinical platforms.
