Instead of scheduled visits, you'll work through a live queue of patient messages via our clinic portal, keeping a steady pace of around 30 messages per hour, while also monitoring Slack and clearing any messages that fall outside SLA. You'll also jump in to assist with sync and async consults that have fallen outside SLA, helping bring response times back on track. Responsibilities • Respond to patient messages through the clinic portal at a sustained pace of approximately 30 messages per hour • Review patient consults and determine treatment eligibility based on clinical protocols • Monitor and respond to internal Slack communications with clinical support and operations teams • Prioritize and clear any consults or messages that have fallen outside of SLA • Prescribe non-controlled medications when clinically appropriate and within scope • Review patient intake forms, medical history, contraindications, and follow-up needs • Document encounters clearly and accurately • Maintain reliable availability and responsiveness during scheduled shift hours • Follow clinical guidelines, escalation pathways, and compliance standards Requirements • Licensed Nurse Practitioner with active, unrestricted licensure • Family Nurse Practitioner or Adult/Gerontology Nurse Practitioner background • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-message-volume environment • Comfortable prescribing non-controlled medications through protocol-based telemedicine workflows • Able to use Slack and web-based clinical platforms • Strong clinical judgment and documentation skills • Reliable, responsive, and available for the full Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm shift Preferred Qualifications • 25+ active state licenses is a big plus — the more you hold, the more we can offer (compensation scales up with broader licensure coverage) • Prior experience in high-volume, message-based or consult telemedicine • Experience with weight management, GLP-1 medications, wellness, sexual health, or hormone-related care • Strong efficiency working through async patient communication Compensation This is a W2 salaried role with pay ranging from $75,000-$150,000/year.
