Visana Health is an innovative virtual women's health clinic offering comprehensive clinical care and holistic support for women, focusing on complex conditions such as chronic pelvic pain, endometriosis, uterine fibroids, and heavy menstrual bleeding.

Clinical Responsibilities

• Direct patient care in virtual synchronous clinic visits (Monday-Saturday, 7am to 10pm EST).
• Timely patient follow-up, case consults, responding to messages, and making phone calls.
• Reviewing test results and ensuring proper patient notification.
• Chart note documentation and completed billing within 24 hours of the visit.
• Participation in weekly clinical meetings and collaborative group practice.

Requirements

• Nurse Practitioner experience and/or certification in women's health with prescriptive authority/independent practice.
• Minimum of 1-2+ state licenses.
• Board certification in a related specialty (adult, family, midwife, women's health, etc.).
• DEA License.
• Ability to appear on camera via video conferencing tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Commitment to seeing patients 15 hours a week minimum.
• Primary care experience in addition to women's health expertise.
• Knowledge of the Athena EMR.
• Additional language capabilities.
