Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant -- Remote -- Part Time

We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our healthcare team in a remote, part-time capacity.

Duties

• Conduct tele visits: Evaluation and management of patients due for follow-up colonoscopies and other endoscopic procedures using electronic health records (EHR).
• Prescribe medications and treatment plans in accordance with HIPAA regulations and DEA guidelines.
• Manage chronic stable GI conditions via telehealth.
• Review and sign off on chronic care management plans documented by the chronic care nursing team.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop individualized care plans, discharge instructions, and follow-up strategies.
• Maintain compliance with all healthcare regulations including HIPAA and CPT coding standards.

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Ohio and West Virginia.
• Proven experience working with electronic health records systems.
• Demonstrated clinical expertise.
• Familiarity with CPT coding and ICD coding (ICD-9/10).
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with healthcare teams.
• Excellent communication skills.
