Remote Registered Nurse (RN) Case Manager
Valeris is seeking a Remote Registered Nurse (RN) Case Manager to serve as a Nurse Advocate, helping patients navigate therapy barriers, treatment education, and insurance coverage. The role supports patients throughout their treatment journey from enrollment to completion.
Job Description
As a Nurse Advocate, you are responsible for contacting program patients and assessing barriers to successful therapy initiation and completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a consistent resource to identify and help patients navigate barriers to therapy.
- Educate patients on clinical treatments, emotional and financial implications of chronic conditions, prescribed therapy administration and dosing, and insurance coverage.
- Empower patients by triaging non-program needs and reporting adverse events or product complaints.
Qualifications
- Active RN licensure in current state of practice.
- 2-3 years of nursing experience with relevant disease state experience preferred.
- Nurseline triage, Call Center Utilization Management, Case Management, or Clinical Trial Nurse experience is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
