Telehealth Clinicians (MD, NP, PA, DO)
Truemed is seeking licensed clinicians (MD, NP, PA, DO) to provide asynchronous and synchronous telehealth consultations focused on integrative, functional, and lifestyle medicine. Clinicians will develop personalized treatment plans to help reverse and manage chronic conditions.
Job Description
Position Overview
We are seeking licensed clinicians to provide virtual care to patients through our telehealth platform. You will conduct primarily asynchronous telehealth consultations, develop recommended treatment plans featuring integrative and lifestyle medicine interventions, and provide follow-up care.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive telehealth consultations and assessments across assigned states.
- Document patient encounters thoroughly in the EHR system.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and participate in peer review.
- Provide patient education and preventive care guidance.
- Refer patients to specialists when clinically indicated.
Qualifications
- Current, unrestricted medical or nurse practitioner license in two or more states.
- National board certification as a Nurse Practitioner (FNP-BC, AGNP-BC) or Medical Doctor (MD, DO).
- Basic understanding of functional medicine and integrative therapies.
- Experience with electronic health records and telehealth platforms.
Hours & Compensation
- 1099 contractor agreement
- Minimum availability of 10 hours per week
- Per-visit compensation model
