Remote Licensed Healthcare Provider (NP or PA)
Three Wire Systems is seeking a remote, part-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to conduct physical and mental health assessments for military service members via a telehealth portal.
Job Description
The Healthcare Provider will conduct physical and mental/behavioral health assessments for military service members within the MyAdvisor care coordination program.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Conduct Physical Health Assessments (PHA), Mental Health Assessments (MHA), and Post Deployment Health Re-Assessments (PDHRA) through a remote telehealth portal.
- Triage and manage client contact, including making referrals to other resources when necessary.
- Complete required documentation for all assessments.
Education and Qualifications
- Must be a licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA).
- Specialized Master's degree or higher from an accredited institution.
- Active accreditation and/or licensure in specialty area.
- Minimum 3 years of experience providing mental and behavioral health services/assessments.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote setting with minimal supervision.
- Experience with electronic health records, databases, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to obtain an SF86 Position of Trust.
