We are a healthcare services organization building a pre-vetted talent pipeline of advanced practice providers for upcoming federal healthcare case-review subcontracts. Position Overview: We are seeking Nurse Practitioners (NPs) and Physician Assistants (PAs) who are licensed to practice independently to join our remote records review team. This is a 100% asynchronous, remote position involving zero patient contact. This main duty of this role will be performing digital chart reviews and completing structured medical file reviews from your home laptop. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct thorough, asynchronous reviews of digital medical records files. - Complete structured case-review templates and administrative forms with high accuracy. - Maintain strict compliance with federal privacy guidelines. Requirements: - Active state licensure as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA). - Legal authorization to practice autonomously in your state of residence, for example under Full Practice Authority (FPA) or Optimal Team Practice (OTP) guidelines. - Secure, high-speed internet connection. - Strong attention to detail and ability to meet fast turn-around metrics. Compensation & Schedule: - $45.00 to $60.00 per completed and accepted file (effective rate of $60–$120/hr based on processing speed). - 100% flexible schedule. Log in and claim available packets during evenings or weekends. - Any offer of employment is contingent upon contract award.
