Role Overview
HarmonyCares Medical Group is seeking locum tenens Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant coverage for Tele-Home Health Care in LaGrange, Corbin, Somerset, Paducah, and Florence, Kentucky.
Requirements
- Active license in Kentucky
- Must currently live in Kentucky
- Comfortable seeing patients of all ages
Schedule and Details
- Start Date: March 16th, ongoing
- Shift Times: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Availability: Full-time (40 hours/week) preferred; minimum of three days a week considered
- Average Volume: 5 to 7 Health Risk Assessments (HRAs) per day
Responsibilities
- Perform annual risk assessments
- Review chronic conditions
- Assessment-only role (no treatment, prescribing, H&P, patient follow-up, or chronic disease management)
Compensation and Equipment
- Rate: $95 per hour with an 8-hour guarantee (paid a full day regardless of volume or patient cancellations)
- Equipment provided: iPad, blood pressure cuff, lab kits
