Locum Tenens Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant Tele-Home Health Care Coverage Needed in Kentucky

I am working with HarmonyCares Medical Group and they are looking for some locum tenens Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant Tele-Home Health Care in LaGrange, Corbin, Somerset, Paducah, and Florence, Kentucky. HarmonyCares Medical Group needs 100 percent Tele-Home Health Care coverage in the following cities in Kentucky: -LaGrange -Corbin -Somerset -Paducah -Florence This need is for Tele-Home Health coverage This need is March 16th ongoing All candidates must have a license in Kentucky and currently live in Kentucky All candidates must be comfortable seeing patients of all ages Shift times: Monday-Friday 8a-5p This need is 100 percent Tele-Health The group is willing to schedule providers three months out with the option to extend The group prefers to see full-time candidates who can work 40 hours a week each week of the month The group will consider candidates that can work a minimum of three days a week Scheduled are released 2-3 weeks in advance Average of 5-7 (HRAs) assessments per day Perform annual risk assessments and review of chronic conditions No treatment or prescribing – assessment-only role, no H&P, no patient follow-up, no chronic disease management Candidates will be paid a full day regardless of volume If a patient cancels, candidate is still paid a full 8 hour day Equipment is provided: iPad, blood pressure cuff, lab kits $95 per hour with an 8-hour guarantee Zach Worley | Recruiting Representative The Talent Society o. 214-396-6902 c. 469-939-5201 f. 214-306-7887 w. www.TheTalentSociety.com
