Remote NP/PA to complete RPM Intake Forms

Role Overview

• Conduct new patient intakes for patients in SNF, AL, IL facilities.
• Gather patient history, complete intake workflows, and ensure accurate documentation.
• No ongoing patient management, prescribing, or clinical decision-making responsibilities.

Compensation

• Guaranteed minimum of $30 per confirmed one-hour block, plus $20 for each additional completed intake after the first.
• Typical effective hourly range of approximately $70-$90/hour based on volume.
• Minimum of 10 hours per week of availability required.

Requirements

• Active NP or PA license in good standing (Ohio and Texas currently, expanding to Pennsylvania and Maryland).
• Must have been credentialed with Medicare at some point.
• Comfortable working in a fully remote environment with strong communication and documentation skills.

Expectations

• Documentation must be completed within 24 hours of each visit.
• Ability to follow structured workflows and maintain consistency.
• Ability to work well with older patient populations and onsite facility staff.

Schedule

• Part-time independent contractor position.
• Hours generally between 9:00 AM and 4:45 PM, Monday through Friday.
