About the Role
AccessNurse-TeamHealth is seeking professional nurses for a 100% remote telephone triage position. Use advanced clinical decision tools to help patients determine the right level of care.
Responsibilities
- Assess symptoms using physician-developed clinical algorithms
- Deliver and document health education to assist patients in managing symptoms
- Direct patients to the appropriate level of care (home care, office visit, emergency room)
- Consult with physicians as needed
Qualifications & Requirements
- Current multi-state RN license with no restrictions
- Minimum 2 years of RN experience
- Proficiency using computers and ability to type at least 25 wpm
- High-speed internet connection and a secure, private home workspace
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays
