About the Role
AccessNurse-TeamHealth is seeking professional registered nurses for 100% remote telephone triage positions. Utilize clinical expertise and technology to guide patients across the lifespan to the appropriate level of care.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess symptoms using physician-developed clinical algorithms
- Deliver and document health education for symptom management
- Direct patients to the appropriate level of care, such as home care, office visits, or the emergency room
- Consult with physicians as needed
Qualifications
- Current multi-state RN license with no restrictions
- Minimum of 2 years of RN experience
- Computer proficiency and typing speed of at least 25 wpm
- Excellent listening and comprehension skills
