Job Description
Role Overview
SynergenX is seeking a Part Time Telemedicine Provider (NP or PA) to care for patients throughout Colorado via telehealth. This is a fully remote, W-2 position focusing on evidence-based hormone replacement therapy (HRT), medical weight management, and preventive healthcare.
Schedule
- Part-time W-2 position with required workdays on Monday and Tuesday.
- Availability required for either Wednesday or Thursday based on business needs.
- Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Mountain Time.
Requirements
- Active Colorado FNP license with APRN licensure or active Colorado PA license.
- Current Colorado DEA registration and NPI.
- Current board certification.
- Strong clinical assessment and patient communication skills.
- Experience or interest in hormone replacement therapy, preventive medicine, men's health, women's health, and weight management.
