Telehealth Physician Assistant or Family Nurse Practitioner

Role Overview

SynergenX is seeking a Part Time Telemedicine Provider (NP or PA) to care for patients throughout Colorado via telehealth. This is a fully remote, W-2 position focusing on evidence-based hormone replacement therapy (HRT), medical weight management, and preventive healthcare.

Schedule

• Part-time W-2 position with required workdays on Monday and Tuesday.
• Availability required for either Wednesday or Thursday based on business needs.
• Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Mountain Time.

Requirements

• Active Colorado FNP license with APRN licensure or active Colorado PA license.
• Current Colorado DEA registration and NPI.
• Current board certification.
• Strong clinical assessment and patient communication skills.
• Experience or interest in hormone replacement therapy, preventive medicine, men's health, women's health, and weight management.
