SynergenX Health Holdings is seeking a full-time Telemedicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide remote hormone replacement therapy care to patients in Missouri.
Job Description
Role Overview
- Full-time Telemedicine Provider position treating patients remotely in Missouri (CST zone).
- Focuses on Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) for men and women.
- Fully remote schedule from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Active Missouri FNP or PA state license in good standing.
- Active DEA License in Missouri (Required).
- Active NPI number.
- Sound medical decision-making abilities and current telehealth experience.
- No current or pending malpractice lawsuits.
