[Hiring] Telehealth Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant @SynergenX Health Holdings

SynergenX and Low T Centers is seeking a telemedicine provider to treat patients remotely in the State of North Carolina. This is a fully remote position in the Eastern Standard Time zone.

• Deliver quality care specifically for HRT for men
• Part-time/PRN basis, 2 days per week (must be available Monday and Friday)
• Potential for professional growth

Qualifications

• Sound medical decision making abilities
• Quality patient relationship skills
• Active NC FNP or PA state license in good standing
• NPI number
• No current or pending malpractice lawsuits
• Current DEA License in North Carolina
• Availability of 8am-5pm M-F

Requirements

• Remote training for 7-10 days
