Job Duties
- Conduct comprehensive telehealth visits for patients with cognitive and memory disorders.
- Diagnose, treat, and manage cognitive impairment and behavioral symptoms.
- Collaborate with neurologists, geriatricians, and care coordinators on individualized care plans.
- Provide education and behavioral management strategies to caregivers and families.
- Order and interpret appropriate laboratory and diagnostic tests.
- Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic health record (EHR).
Requirements
- Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP).
- Active, unrestricted APRN license and national NP certification (ANCC or AANP).
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner in geriatrics, neurology, internal medicine, or primary care.
- Proficiency with telehealth technologies and EHR documentation.
