Remote Nurse Practitioner (NP) – GFE (GLP-1 / Peptide) Clinician

We are seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our rapidly growing telehealth team as a Remote GFE, GLP-1 & Peptide Clinician.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct Good Faith Exams (GFEs) through secure, asynchronous telehealth consultations.
• Review patient medical histories, intake questionnaires, and supporting documentation.
• Evaluate patients for eligibility for GLP-1 and peptide therapies in accordance with established clinical protocols.
• Provide clinical recommendations and patient education through written communication.
• Approve, defer, or escalate patient cases based on clinical findings and medical necessity.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation.

Qualifications

Required

• Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in at least one U.S. state.
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
• Excellent written communication and documentation skills.
• Comfortable providing care in a fully remote, asynchronous environment.

Preferred

• Previous telehealth or virtual care experience.
• Experience performing Good Faith Exams (GFEs).
• Clinical experience in medical weight loss, GLP-1 therapies, peptide therapy, or wellness medicine.
