Nurse Practitioner (Remote, Urgent Care)
SteadyMD is seeking remote Nurse Practitioners with multi-state licensure to join their urgent care telehealth program. The role involves conducting video, phone, and asynchronous patient evaluations with flexible scheduling.
Job Description
Position Overview
- Role: Nurse Practitioner for Urgent Care Telehealth Program
- Location: Fully Remote
- Schedule: Minimum 10 hours/week, flexible scheduling (night and weekend availability strongly preferred)
- Compensation: $56/hour - $60/hour with a 15% differential for night and weekend shifts
Responsibilities
- Conduct video and phone evaluations (scheduled and on-demand) and asynchronous communication with adult and pediatric patients.
- Provide urgent care treatment for various conditions such as seasonal allergies and cold/flu symptoms.
- Serve a diverse patient population with inclusive, evidence-based care.
Requirements
- Actively licensed as an NP in good standing in at least 5 states (with at least 3 in AZ, WA, PA, MN, CA, TX, or NY).
- Board certified as FNP, AGNP, or ACNP by the ANCC or AANP.
- Minimum 5 years of post-graduate independent practice.
- Comfort with technology and strong communication skills.
- Telemedicine or virtual care experience is an asset.
