Sprinter Health is an on-demand mobile health service sending medical professionals to patient homes for blood draws, diagnostics, and wellness visits.
About The Role
We are looking for Nurse Practitioners to conduct virtual wellness visits, health assessments, and adult and/or pediatric care. You will work autonomously while maintaining high-quality standards and compassionate patient care.
A Day in the Life
- Preparation: Review your caseload and prepare your technology.
- Schedule Management: Navigate your schedule and partner with in-home team members (Sprinters).
- Patient Care: Conduct health risk assessments, medication reviews, cognitive screenings, and patient education.
- Collaboration: Work with Sprinters to evaluate vital signs and arrange blood draws.
- Care Coordination: Provide preventive care, medication management, specialist referrals, and documentation.
Skills And Requirements
- Board Certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
- Active Family Nurse Practitioner license in KY, MI, OH, or IL.
- High levels of professionalism, integrity, and compassion.
- Technologically savvy and comfortable using laptops, mobile devices, and HIPAA-secure messaging apps.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
