Sprinter Health is an on-demand mobile health service sending medical professionals to patients' homes for blood draws, diagnostic services, and wellness visits.
About The Role
We are looking for Nurse Practitioners to conduct virtual wellness visits for adult and/or pediatric patients.
A Day in the Life
- Prep & Schedule: Review caseloads, prepare technology, and navigate daily schedules while partnering with in-home team members (Sprinters).
- Patient Care: Conduct health risk assessments, medication reviews, cognitive screenings, and patient education.
- Collaboration & Coordination: Evaluate vital signs, arrange blood draws, provide preventive care interventions, and manage referrals.
Skills and Requirements
- Board Certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner in California
- Active Family Nurse Practitioner License in California
- Professionalism, dependability, and strong communication skills
- Technologically savvy with experience in charting and secure messaging apps
- Ability to work independently or in a team environment
- Pass a national background check and clinical license search
