Virtual Clinician Home Evaluations Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (Full Time) - Nebraska

Role Overview

Signify Health, part of CVS Health, is hiring full-time, board-certified nurse practitioners or physician assistants to conduct Video Visits for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and commercial plan members. You will perform approximately 30-minute virtual visits involving medication and medical history reviews, health education, and answering member questions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct online Video Visits from a private space with adequate internet connection.
• Provide 40 hours of availability weekly and maintain consistent monthly visit capacity and completion rates.
• Maintain training, affiliation, and compliance with Video Visit requirements.
• Engage with regular manager, team, and clinical meetings.
• Accountable to operational, clinical, and member experience key performance indicators.

Requirements

• Active state licenses in coverage areas (Nebraska).
• Board certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
• Ability to obtain and maintain multi-state licenses as required.
• Broadband connectivity with video and audio enabled, and a quiet setting with a neutral background.
• Autonomous practice capability and proficiency with information management and technology.
