How You'll Make a Difference

• Take ownership of patient experience via telephone by providing disease and drug-specific education to patients and caregivers.
• Follow clinical protocols and work within the nursing scope of practice while assessing and documenting clinical data.
• Act as a coach to empower patients, focusing on overall well-being and coordinating with treating physicians.
• Assist clinical departments with new hire training, mentoring, and peer-to-peer quality documentation checks.

Minimum Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) compact license.
• Must reside in a compact nursing state.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience with an RN license.
• Knowledge and experience in areas such as Neurology, Rheumatology, Dermatology, Pulmonology, Gastroenterology, Infectious Disease, Asthma, Oncology, or Pediatrics.
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications.
• High-speed internet connection (Cable broadband or Fiber Optic).

Work Schedule

• Monday through Friday, 11:30 AM - 8:00 PM EST.
• Initial 6 weeks of training may have varied start times between 8:00 AM - 11:30 AM EST.
