Remote Telemedicine Functional Nurse Practitioner

Ways2Well is a telehealth platform focused on root-cause, preventive, and functional medicine. We are seeking dynamic, licensed Nurse Practitioners to deliver virtual care aligned with our holistic philosophy.

Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual consultations using asynchronous and synchronous telehealth platforms.
• Review and interpret functional and traditional lab results such as hormone panels, micronutrients, and inflammatory markers.
• Develop personalized care plans focusing on hormonal balance, metabolic health, nutrition, and preventive strategies.
• Educate patients on treatment options, supplement protocols, and lifestyle modifications.
• Document thoroughly and accurately in the EHR system.
• Collaborate with clinical support staff, pharmacists, and health coaches.
• Adhere to state and federal telehealth regulations.

Qualifications

• Active and unencumbered Nurse Practitioner license in one or more U.S. states.
• National certification.
• Minimum of 3 years of NP experience.
• Strong knowledge of hormone replacement therapy, peptides, and targeted supplementation.
• Prior experience in a telehealth or digital health setting.
