Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant- Virtual Care- Remote

Role Overview

In the role of an Advanced Care Provider (Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner) on our Virtual Care team, your role as a concierge clinician is to be there for patients in a members-only environment. You will work rotating shifts on our Aftercare and Triage services.

Responsibilities

• Triage: Assess incoming patient needs, handle telehealth consults, review medical inquiries, order labs and imaging, and prescribe medications as needed.
• Aftercare: Follow up with patients after clinic, house call, or urgent care visits, review labs and imaging reports, and assist with hospital admissions and transfers.
• Care Coordination: Collaborate with PCPs, specialists, and Regional Medical Directors to ensure comprehensive treatment plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; graduate of an accredited PA or NP program.
• RN degree required if applying as an NP.
• 3+ years of PA or NP experience in emergency medicine.
• DEA license and NCCPA or FNP certification required.
• Must be licensed to work in FL, NY, CA, and/or WA.
