Part-Time Telehealth Nurse Practitioner (1099 Contractor) – HRT & GLP-1 Focus
Qavah Functional Wellness is seeking a part-time, 1099 remote Nurse Practitioner to review lab panels and manage HRT and GLP-1 prescriptions via telehealth.
Job Description
- Review and interpret comprehensive hormone and metabolic lab panels
- Evaluate candidate appropriateness for treatment
- Approve and sign off on non-controlled HRT and GLP-1 prescriptions under practice protocols alongside the Medical Director
Hours & Location
- Hours: Pay per patient
- Location: 100% Remote / Telehealth
Requirements
- Active, unrestricted NP License (multi-state/compact license preferred)
- Active NPI and state prescriptive authority
- Experience or strong interest in BHRT, peptide therapy, or GLP-1 weight management
- Active 1099 malpractice insurance
