Remote Nurse Practitioner (Full-Time)

PurposeMed is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Nurse Practitioner licensed in 10+ states to provide high-quality sexual health care to patients across the U.S. as part of Freddie.

Responsibilities

Synchronous Care

• Deliver inclusive, expert, virtual care through scheduled synchronous consultations via virtual platforms.
• Lead comprehensive assessments for PrEP, DoxyPEP, STI prevention/treatment, and HIV-related care.
• Provide affirming education on HIV/STI prevention, risk reduction, medication adherence, and testing.

Asynchronous Care

• Order labs and diagnostics, interpret results, prescribe medication, document, and complete clinical follow-up.
• Maintain accurate, detailed records in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR).
• Collaborate with Registered Nurses and manage clinical escalations for complex cases.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Nursing and Primary Health Care Nurse Practitioner diploma.
• Active Nurse Practitioner licenses in at least 10 states.
• 2+ years of experience in sexual health.
• Excellent communication skills and empathetic care delivery.
• Experience working in HIV prevention and/or with the LGBTQ2IA+ community.
• Availability to work within a rotating schedule that includes weekends.
