Role Overview
Privia Health is seeking a remote Virtual Clinic Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide direct patient care through a telehealth platform. The role also involves developing clinical protocols and participating in virtual health strategy.
Responsibilities
- Treat patients via telemedicine using the Privia Health technology platform, including coordinating follow-ups and managing clinical inbox tasks.
- Support the development of virtual care protocols, guidelines, policies, and training programs for providers.
- Participate in case reviews, consultations, and utilization reviews.
- Participate in key virtual health strategy, business development, and clinical meetings.
- Stay current on telehealth issues and best practices.
Qualifications
- Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) required with Board Certification in Family Practice (ability to see pediatric and adult patients).
- Unrestricted license to practice medicine (VA, FL, TX, TN, GA, DC, CA, MT, and/or MD licenses preferred).
- 3+ years of clinical practice in a Family Medicine or Urgent Care setting.
- Prior experience delivering care through telehealth modalities.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
