About the Role

Provide longitudinal virtual care for a panel of patients, including onboarding, follow-ups, lab management, and prescription management in a 100% remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive, evidence-based virtual medical evaluations.
• Maintain accurate patient records and sign charts within 24 hours.
• Respond to patient questions with clarity and care.
• Order laboratory tests, interpret results, and prescribe appropriate medications.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team.
• Dedicate a minimum of 10 patient-facing hours per week.

Must-Have Requirements

• Deep appreciation and understanding of the trans experience.
• Active professional nursing license in good standing.
• Experience prescribing behavioral health medications (depression and anxiety).
• Familiarity with GAHT guidelines and informed consent models.
• Comfort with 100% remote patient care and strong technical skills.

Nice-To-Have

• Three or more state licenses.
• Experience with telehealth and direct-to-consumer startups.
