Nurse Practitioner (Remote)
Plume is seeking remote Nurse Practitioners with primary care experience to provide gender-affirming hormone therapy and expanded clinical services to adult patients. This is a flexible, virtual role requiring a minimum of 10 hours of synchronous time per week.

Role Overview
As an Independently Contracted Nurse Practitioner, you will join a diverse team providing longitudinal care—including onboarding, lab management, and prescription management—for adult patients in a 100% virtual environment with flexible scheduling.
Responsibilities
- Provide longitudinal care for a patient panel.
- Onboard new patients and handle follow-up care.
- Manage labs and prescriptions.
- Answer clinical questions and provide virtual patient care.
Must-Haves
- At least two active state medical licenses in good standing (specifically seeking Alaska, Arkansas, California, Iowa, Idaho, North Dakota, Nebraska, and Wyoming).
- At least one active DEA license.
- Availability of at least 10 hours per week for synchronous visits.
- Experience providing primary care services to adult patients.
- Comfort with 100% remote patient care and strong technical background (EMRs, app-based platforms).
- Strong organization and communication skills.
Nice-To-Haves
- At least 5 active licenses.
- Ability to commit 20+ hours of synchronous time per week.
- Experience with telehealth and startup environments.
- Experience prescribing GAHT and behavioral health medications.
- Familiarity with GAHT guidelines and informed consent care models.
