Job Description
Role Description
- Type: 3-month 1099 probationary contract with option to apply for full-time.
- Patient Load: Average 5 patients per day, goal of 10 per day, max 15 per day.
- Responsibilities: Taking patient histories, interpreting medical histories, performing physical examinations, diagnosing and treating illnesses, and developing treatment plans.
- Model: Direct Primary Care (DPC) model, cash-pay only (no insurance or credentialing required).
Qualifications & Requirements
- Licenses: Active FNP or WHNP license in GA, FL, TX, or IL (Autonomous IL & FL).
- Experience: Experience or familiarity with PCOS.
- Equipment: Reliable computer with video capabilities and high-speed internet connection.
- Exclusivity: Full exclusivity required during working hours (no multitasking with other jobs or childcare).
Compensation & Benefits
- Rate: $52 per hour.
- Schedule: Flexible, 20-40 hours per week.
- Perks: Supervising MD and malpractice insurance provided; no DEA license required.
