Family Nurse Practitioner (CA Licensed, Remote)
Pair Team is seeking a full-time, remote Family Nurse Practitioner to provide virtual preventive and whole-person care for underserved Medicaid and Medicare populations in California. The role involves working within an interdisciplinary care model to support patients with complex social, behavioral, and medical needs.

About the Role
- Provide best-in-class virtual preventive care for underserved patients using internal care delivery technology.
- Develop and refine clinical programs to support patients holistically and address barriers and gaps in care.
- Work with the product team to provide feedback and improve the platform.
- Collaborate with a diverse, inclusive, and remote team.
What You'll Need
- 2+ years of clinical experience serving patients with complex social and healthcare needs.
- 1+ year of primary care experience.
- Experience or desire to work closely with a multidisciplinary team.
- Tech-savvy with digital-first healthcare (telemedicine) experience.
- Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine.
- Comfort working with patients across the lifespan, from pediatrics to geriatrics.
- Experience working with Medicaid/FQHC clinics.
- Active NP license in California (CA).
- Active DEA license preferred.
- Startup experience is a plus.
