Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner - Telehealth Assessments - Remote

Role Overview

Optum Serve is hiring remote Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners to deliver virtual medical care, conduct patient triage, and complete health assessments.

Primary Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual medical assessments and patient triage
• Analyze and interpret medical histories, symptoms, and diagnostic information
• Maintain detailed records of patient care plans within electronic health record platforms
• Ensure appropriate follow-ups for referrals and manage new or ongoing medical problems
• Provide virtual support in emergent situations
• Comply with all HIPAA, state, and federal regulatory guidelines

Shift Expectations

• Three shift start options: 8 AM, 9 AM, or 10 AM CST
• Shift length: 8.5 hours (including breaks and lunch)
• Required to work one weekend rotation per month with a weekday off
