Remote Nurse Practitioner (Telehealth, Part Time)

About the Position

• Deliver synchronous and asynchronous virtual telehealth care using phone, video, chat, and connected devices.
• Work as part of an interdisciplinary care team providing episodic, acute, and primary care.
• Independent diagnostic and therapeutic decision-making following clinical practice guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Obtain histories, conduct virtual exams, document findings, and evaluate and diagnose medical and behavioral health conditions.
• Recommend treatment plans, construct care plans, and collaborate with team members.
• Deliver patient care targeting common chronic conditions and provide feedback to improve quality of care.

Requirements

• Board certified as an FNP, ANP, or AGPCNP.
• At least 3 state licenses or certified in at least 2 of CA, FL, NY, TX, or IL.
• 3+ years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner in family practice, primary care, or urgent care.
• Comfortable with technology and troubleshooting home technical difficulties.
