OpenLoop is hiring experienced Nurse Practitioners to provide remote medical care, telemedicine consultations, and virtual visits from the comfort of your home. We’re looking for telehealth NPs with GLP-1, weight loss, or primary care experience who want flexible weekend shifts and high earning potential. Work fully remote while practicing at the top of your license in a growing telemedicine environment. About the Role This Weekend Remote Nurse Practitioner position involves delivering high-quality virtual patient care through video, phone, chat, and connected devices. You will diagnose, treat, and manage patients across a variety of primary and chronic conditions in a telehealth setting. Responsibilities • Conduct virtual exams, document findings, diagnose and treat patients via telehealth platforms • Manage episodic and chronic conditions commonly seen in primary care and weight management • Provide medical guidance, patient education, and coordinated virtual care plans • Communicate effectively with patients and multidisciplinary care teams • Maintain accurate and timely electronic documentation • Participate in feedback and quality improvement initiatives Qualifications • Active, unrestricted NP license (FNP, ANP, or AGPCNP required) • Board-certified Nurse Practitioner • A minimum of 1 year of experience prescribing GLP-1 medications for medical weight loss is required • Minimum 3 years of NP experience in family, urgent, or primary care • Previous experience prescribing GLP-1s required. • Prior telehealth or remote care experience preferred • Weekend availability required (Friday–Sunday or Saturday–Sunday schedule) • Strong clinical reasoning and tech-savvy communication skills • Providers with Full Practice Authority preferred • Spanish fluency a plus Compensation & Schedule • Competitive pay up to $250,000 per year • Flexible remote weekend schedule (choose your shifts) • Work from home anywhere in the U.S. • Opportunities for ongoing professional growth and multi-state licensure About OpenLoop OpenLoop Health was founded to make high-quality care accessible anywhere.
