Role Overview
OpenLoop Health is seeking remote Nurse Practitioners (FNP, ANP, AGNP) to deliver synchronous and asynchronous virtual telehealth care. Clinicians provide independent diagnostic and therapeutic decision-making for episodic, acute, primary care, and medical weight loss conditions using phone, video, chat, and connected devices.
Responsibilities
- Obtain histories, conduct virtual exams, document findings, and diagnose medical and behavioral health conditions.
- Recommend and construct individualized treatment and care plans.
- Deliver patient care targeting common chronic conditions and medical weight loss.
- Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary team members using comprehensive charting and messaging.
- Provide feedback to improve care quality and operational processes.
Requirements
- Board certification as an FNP, ANP, or AGPCNP.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner in family practice, primary care, or urgent care.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience prescribing GLP-1 medications for medical weight loss.
- Strong technology skills and comfort with troubleshooting patient home environments.
- Outstanding clinical expertise and evidence-based practice.
