[Hiring] Telehealth Nurse Practitioner Sleep Medicine @OpenLoop Health Partners

We are actively seeking Remote Nurse Practitioners (FNP or AGNP) to deliver virtual telehealth care using phone, video, chat, and connected devices.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual patient consultations for urgent care, primary care, medical weight loss, and behavioral health.
• Obtain patient histories, perform virtual exams, and evaluate and diagnose common medical and behavioral health conditions.
• Develop and communicate evidence-based treatment plans and provide patient education.
• Collaborate with other providers through comprehensive charting and messaging.
• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care while meeting productivity goals.

Qualifications

• At least 3+ years in family practice, primary care, or urgent care.
• At least 1 year of telehealth experience.
• 1 year of experience in sleep medicine doing testing, diagnosis, and sleep medications.
• Strong diagnostic abilities and proficiency with video consultations.

Requirements

• Active state licensures in a minimum of 10 states.
• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctorate (DNP).
• Board certification as an FNP or AGNP.
• Ability to work at least 20 hours per week.
