The Opportunity
The Virtual Medical Team (VMT) provides convenient, evidence-based virtual medical care to patients in concert with their primary care providers.
What You'll Be Working On
- Treating patients via telehealth visits, including telephonic triage calls, video visit appointments, and email follow-ups
- Continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds
- Ongoing collaboration with virtual and in-office teammates via daily huddles
- Utilizing clinical training to deliver exceptional virtual care
Requirements
- Completed an accredited FNP program with a national certification
- At least 2 years of practice experience as an Advanced Practitioner in an outpatient primary care, urgent care, or emergency medicine setting seeing patients of all ages
- Currently licensed in CA with ability to obtain additional state licenses
- Availability to work weekday and weekend shifts (including evenings)
