The Opportunity
The Virtual Medical Team (VMT) provides convenient, evidence-based virtual medical care to patients in concert with primary care providers 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Responsibilities
- Treat patients via telehealth visits, including telephonic triage calls, video visit appointments, and email follow-ups.
- Participate in continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds.
- Collaborate with virtual and in-office teammates via daily huddles.
- Utilize specific clinical training to deliver exceptional virtual care.
Qualifications
- Completed an accredited Nurse Practitioner program with a national certification.
- Currently licensed in MD with the ability to obtain additional state licenses as needed.
- Minimum of 2 years of practice as an Advanced Practitioner in an outpatient primary care setting, urgent care, or emergency medicine setting seeing patients of all ages within the past 5 years.
- Ability to work weekday and weekend shifts, including afternoons and evenings.
