The Opportunity
The Virtual Medical Team (VMT) provides convenient, evidence-based virtual medical care to patients 24 hours a day, 365 days a year in coordination with their primary care providers.
What You'll Be Working On
- Treating patients via telehealth visits, including telephonic triage calls, video visit appointments, and email follow-ups
- Participating in continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds
- Collaborating with virtual and in-office teammates via daily huddles
- Utilizing specific clinical training to provide exceptional virtual care
Education, Licenses, and Experiences Required
- Completed an accredited FNP program with a national certification
- Minimum of 2 years practiced as an Advanced Practitioner in the past 5 years in an outpatient primary care setting (0+) OR 2 years in urgent care or emergency medicine (0+)
- Currently licensed in MA with ability to obtain additional state licenses
- Ability to work weekday and weekend shifts
- Excellent clinical and communication skills
