The Virtual Medical Team (VMT) provides world-class, convenient, evidence-based virtual clinical care 24/7.
What You'll Be Working On
- Treating patients via telehealth visits, including telephonic triage calls, video visits, and email follow-ups
- Participating in weekly Clinical Rounds for continuous learning
- Collaborating with virtual and in-office teammates through daily huddles
Requirements
- Completed an accredited FNP program with national certification
- At least 2 years of practice as an Advanced Practitioner in outpatient primary care, urgent care, or emergency medicine within the past 5 years
- Currently licensed in CO with the ability to obtain additional state licenses
- Ability to work weekday and weekend shifts
