The Opportunity
The Virtual Medical Team (VMT) provides world-class virtual clinical care 24/7/365 in coordination with primary care providers.
Responsibilities
- Treat patients via telehealth visits (telephonic triage, video visits, and email follow-ups)
- Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and daily huddles
- Utilize clinical training to deliver exceptional virtual care
- Obtain additional state licensure and credentialing as needed
Requirements
- Completed an accredited FNP program with a national certification
- Minimum 2 years of practice as an Advanced Practitioner in outpatient primary care or urgent care/emergency medicine seeing patients of all ages (0+) within the past 5 years
- Currently licensed in CA with ability to obtain additional state licenses
- Ability to work weekday and weekend shifts (including evenings)
