[Hiring] Virtual Family Nurse Practitioner @One Medical

Role Description

The One Medical Virtual Medical Team (VMT) provides convenient, evidence-based virtual clinical care 24/7 in concert with primary care providers.

What You'll Be Working On

• Treating patients via telehealth visits, including telephonic triage calls, video visit appointments, and email follow-ups
• Continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and through other modalities
• Ongoing collaboration with both virtual and in-office teammates via daily huddles
• Utilization of your specific clinical training and opportunities to give exceptional care to patients virtually
• Willing to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for One Medical virtual primary care in additional states

Qualifications

• Completed an accredited FNP program with a national certification
• In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least 2 years in an outpatient primary care setting or urgent care/emergency medicine setting seeing patients of all ages
• Currently licensed in CA with ability to obtain additional state licenses
• 103 or 104 certification is strongly preferred and willingness to obtain is required
• Ability to work weekday and weekend shifts (every other Saturday and/or Sunday required)
• Current shifts range from 6am-5pm, 7am-6pm, 11am-10pm, or 1pm-12am PST
• Excellent clinical and communication skills

Benefits

• Full-time virtual role at 40 hours per week
• Base hourly range from $59.10 to $65.50 per hour plus evening and weekend differentials
