Remote Nurse Practitioner – Brief Telehealth Visits (New Grads Welcome)

Join a rapidly growing virtual care program to provide short, structured smoking-cessation counseling visits via telehealth. Sessions follow an evidence-based 8-visit protocol designed to help patients quit smoking through supportive coaching and behavioral guidance. This is a patient-facing, relationship-focused role ideal for Nurse Practitioners who enjoy brief, meaningful visits and want a flexible schedule without administrative burden. What You’ll Do • Conduct 10–15 minute virtual smoking-cessation visits • Follow an evidence-based 8-session protocol • Provide supportive coaching & relapse-prevention strategies • Document in streamlined EMR templates • Participate in light asynchronous messaging • Focus entirely on patient care—admin, billing & scheduling handled for you Requirements • Active NP license (Michigan required for this posting) • Valid NPI • Strong communication & counseling skills • Comfortable following structured clinical workflows • New graduates welcome Preferred • Multi-state licensure (compact preferred) • Experience in primary care, addiction care, or behavioral health • Ability to offer some evening/weekend availability Compensation & Schedule • $35–$65/hr • Part-time, flexible schedule • Fully remote • No call Support Provided • Admin, scheduling & billing support • EMR templates • Clinical collaboration available Job Type: Part-time Pay: $35.00 - $65.00 per hour Work Location: Remote
