NPHub is seeking a Remote Family Nurse Practitioner for a fully remote position serving patients in Pennsylvania. New graduates are welcome to apply for this Monday through Friday daytime schedule.
Job Description
We're hiring a board-certified FNP to join a supportive, fully remote care team serving patients across Pennsylvania.
Schedule
- Monday to Friday
- No nights, weekends, or on-call
- Consistent 5x8 schedule
What You'll Do Day to Day
- Conduct virtual visits for primary care and family practice patients
- Assess, diagnose, and manage both acute and chronic conditions
- Order and interpret labs, imaging, and diagnostics
- Provide patient education, care coordination, and follow-ups
Requirements
- Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) certification
- Active Pennsylvania RN and CRNP license
- New graduates welcome
