Job Description
Overview
- Fully Remote, Full-Time Role
- Base Pay Range: $189,000.00–$206,000.00 per year (up to ~$230K total compensation)
- Freedom to set your own schedule

What You’ll Do
- Conduct virtual primary care visits and follow-ups
- Diagnose and treat common acute and chronic conditions
- Manage medications, preventive care, and wellness plans
- Provide patient education and ongoing care coordination
- Document visits thoroughly in the EMR
- Practice independently using a secure telehealth platform
Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted NP license in at least one U.S. state
- FNP preferred (AGPCNP, ANP, DNP also accepted)
- Comfort managing primary care patients virtually
- Strong communication and clinical judgment
- Telehealth experience is helpful, but not required
